I want to Gift Aid all donations/subscriptions to the Thoresby Society that I make from now on. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand that I should notify the Society if I wish to cancel this declaration (which I may do at any time), change my name or home address, or if I no longer pay sufficient qualifying tax.

If you are a tax payer, the Gift Aid scheme enables the Society to reclaim 25p for every £1 you donate/subscribe from the tax you pay each tax year. If you are willing to allow the Society to do this, please complete and sign the declaration below, which is a requirement of the scheme.
