Cossins Plan Of Leeds

Cossins map of Leeds

John Cossins’ New and Exact Plan of the Town of Leedes is probably the most reproduced of the city’s historical maps. Originally thought to have been drawn up in 1725, Maurice Beresford in his East End, West End pointed out  that Jacob Busk’s house on Meadow Lane, the fifth down in the left hand border, was built in 1726.
